Meet Celeste
Finding the right therapist doesn't have to be challenging.
Therapy with me is approachable and collaborative, while still focused and goal-oriented. I bring curiosity, practicality, and a bit of personality into the work. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that help create meaningful change.

We are an out-of-network provider. While we do not accept or directly bill insurance, many insurance plans can reimburse some or all services. We provide clients with itemized statements, also known as superbills, which include the necessary billing codes to file a claim with your insurance company.
Superbills are automated and provided on the 1st of each month. Contact your insurance company to verify out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA and FSA
You can use your HSA or FSA accounts to pay for therapy. You might need to provide both the original payment receipt and the itemized receipt as supporting documentation.
Payment
Pay by Health Savings Account (HSA), Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, with easy auto-pay options available. Payment is due upon service. Pricing is subject to change. Once you have your first appointment, your credit card information is added to your account, and auto payment is automatically set up to process at midnight on the day of your appointment.
Tips & Resources
FAQ's
Have questions about our therapy services?
How do I book and manage appointments?
You'll request your appointments through the Simple Practice client portal on a first-come, first-served basis, where you can see my availability for up to 3 months. Downloading the Simple Practice client app on your phone makes booking appointments simple. Cancellations and changes to scheduled appointments can be made in the same app if requested 24 hours before the appointment.
Are you taking new clients?
Yes, I am currently taking new telehealth clients as I am working on opening another office in Olympia, WA, in fall 2026. In-person sessions in my Silverdale office are reserved for past Kitsap Area clients.
How do I know if you are a good fit?
You're likely a good fit if you're looking for more than someone to simply listen. I work best with people who want to better understand themselves, learn practical skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward.
